Q: Do have I to pay for my entire reservation today?

A: No. There is a 25% down payment due at the time of the reservation. The remaining 75% balance will be charged to the card on file 7 days prior to arrival. **If your reservation is 7 days or less from check in at the time the reservation is made, you will be charged for both the down payment and the remaining balance at the same time. They will still appear as two charges on your bank statement.

Q: Is firewood provided?

A: Yes! Each property has a fully stocked firewood rack. You should plan to bring a lighter and fire starter.

Q: What kind of coffee pot is provided?

A: Each property is equipped with a drip coffee pot and and starter supply of coffee.

Q: Will the hot tub be warm when we arrive?

A: We do our best to make sure the hot tub is warm for your arrival. If there is a checkout the morning of your arrival and we need to change the water in the tub, it could be cold when you arrive. While we do our best to avoid this, rest assured that you will receive a clean hot tub for your stay and the water will heat up to temperature in a few hours.

Q: Are linens and towels provided?

A: Yes! Each property is stocked with linens for each bed, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and towels for the hot tub and swimming pools.

Q: When will my damage deposit be returned?

A: Damage deposits are held for up to 14 days to provide time for a comprehensive inspection of the property by our housekeeping and maintenance teams. After receiving their reports, we will promptly authorize the refund. Please note that the processor estimates a timeframe of 5-10 days for the refund to be issued.
